Amien Rais Prabowo Will Lead As Abraham Lincoln If Elected
Poros Pos. Chairperson of the National Mandate Party Honorary Council (PAN) Amien Rais said that presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto would be like former President Abraham Lincoln if he was given the mandate by the Indonesian people to lead the 2019-2024 period.
Amien said that was because Prabowo would embrace the opposition in his government cabinet if he later became president.
"Pak Prabowo often told me and Pak Rizal Ramli that if he won he would form a 'team of rivals' namely to embrace the opposition in his government, this theory belongs to Abraham Lincoln," Amien said in the discussion "Reflection on Malari, Change the Country Master?" took place at National Secretariat Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (1/15/2019).
